Learn to Meditate
Our meditation classes and workshops are run on a donations basis and are attended by people from many different walks of life and for many different reasons. These range from complete beginners wishing to learn how to meditate to those wishing to advance their existing practice whether for reasons of personal, academic, professional or spiritual development.
Weekly Meditation & Mindfulness Classes
Non-religious classes in meditation and mindfulness are held at different locations across the city. Classes are open to everybody and visitors are kindly requested to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of any session to avoid interruptions for others.
